Link Building

You have to have people skills people! I get probably close to 100 emails a day and most of them don’t have any people skills at all. It’s pretty comical because 90% of the time people will just drop a one line message like ‘link to me’. Come on people! Why should I link to you?

Here are a few reasons why I won’t link to you:

• I don’t know you
• You haven’t given me anything that’s link worthy
• Your site is garbage
• You were annoying when you asked
• You don’t provide value
• You act like it’s your divine right to get a link from me.

Getting me or anyone else to link to you is a sale. If you can’t sell yourself to me I’m not going to link to you. Period.
